.deb パッケージのリビジョンナンバー

バージョン・リビジョンが同じままだと，apt-get upgrade で上書きされてしまうので，
結局リビジョンを更新する方法を調べた．
debian/control がいかにも怪しいんだが，結局この squid については，
debian/changelog から自動生成しているようだ．
そこで，changelog を適当に追加してみた．

署名のあとの日付は，date -R の出力でないとフォーマットエラーがでるようだ．
